Had a wonderful Ghanaian soup today. Did not do it myself, so all I know is it contained at least the following.
Finely ground Kontombre leaves (Cocoyam leaves), onions, ginger, loads of pepper, some turkey pieces, dried catfish, and a huge crab (spider!).
A bowl of this soup with Cocoyam fufu was all it took to make my day today.
