Eggs, Pepper, Spuntinelle, Salame Napoli

Late breakfast on New Year’s Day, not too hungry, not hung over (!), not too motivated either.

Two eggs, olive oil, one medium hot Habanero pepper (sliced), a non-stick frying pan, induction hob. A rather simple exercise.

Toasted two slices of Spuntinelle (wheat bread with milk), created 12 mini sandwiches with a slice of Salame Napoli each.

Not as spicy as I had thought, and absolutely sufficient for today’s breakfast.
